I think maybe S1 isn't supported yet, perhaps only Cubase, Live, and Logic. Vocaloid5 Rewire beta does show in plugins list, but it doesn't like the vst. S1 keeps crashing on rescan way before it gets to folder with Vocaloid5. What version Studio One are you using? Confirm you are using the latest version of the plug and that it is correct for your operating system. Has anyone gotten Vocaloid 5 vst working in Studio One?
